HypnoBirthing involves learning techniques such as visualisation, relaxation, deep breathing, self-hypnosis and mindfulness, to use during pregnancy and labour. It reduces anxiety and fear by reassuring expectant  mothers that pregnancy and birth is a natural process that your body is designed to do.

What does Hypnobirthing involve?
Hypnobirthing involves learning techniques such as relaxation, deep breathing, self-hypnosis and mindfulness.

How long will it take and what does it cost?
Hypnobirthing techniques can be taught in 3 to 4 sessions. Your first session is free, so you can find out more about how Hypnobirthing works. Laybuy is available to spread costs over six instalments.

Where do treatments take place?
Sessions are held at June Callan’s clinic in Parau, Auckland (near Titirangi), in Hamilton (Thursdays only) or online via Zoom.
