HYPNOTHERAPY TO STOP SMOKING

We all know smoking is bad for your health and it is expensive too, but it is difficult to change habits. You may have tried conventional methods such as patches, gone cold-turkey or tired vaping, but nothing has worked long term.

Hypnosis accesses the unconscious part of the mind which controls our habits and emotions. The hypnotherapist will identify self-limiting beliefs and behaviours, then gently change your thoughts about smoking and inhibit the habit.

Often people feel confident and cable of stopping smoking after hypnosis. They also report cravings and other symptoms are reduced. It can be used in conjunction with other methods.

There are lots of studies on the effectiveness of hypnosis in stopping smoking (see below), and June has had good success rates with her clients. Give it a go, all you have to lose is a bad habit.
